Since MDNX formed we have successfully run two graduate programmes. One within our Sales function bringing in Telephone Account Managers and one within our Service Operations function bringing in Tier 1 Engineers.
Some of our graduates that have joined us via the programme have moved onto more senior roles in a matter of months and as we are continually promoting internal advancement, there are always new roles available.
