Real Support has been a driver from the beginning of the lifecycle of MDNX. We quickly established that all customers are not created equally and the support one customer requires is not necessarily the same as for another. With our flexible Service Desk we are able to offer graduated levels of support for specific customers. By tailoring the delivery of support for our Partners we can ensure that a subset of the troubleshooting tools that we use are available to those Partners. By passing on our own tools and visibility of services we can further enable a partnership relationship to deliver a high level support to our Partners.
